It heats up really fast, which I liked, and my hair did look smoother after using it. The only downside is the style didn’t hold as long as I hoped. It’s not a bad tool for quick touch-ups, but the results fading so fast feels kind of preventable. I just expected it to perform a little better overall.

I have been using this for a bit, and it takes a really long time to heat up. The temperature also keeps jumping around, which gets annoying when I am trying to use it. I wish it warmed up faster and stayed more consistent

I was disappointed with this. My order just never showed up, and every time I reached out to support, they basically told me to keep waiting. At a certain point it felt like I was just out the money with nothing to show for it, which is what bothered me the most.

I reached out to crocusa.com about a warranty issue and it was such a hassle. I spent way too much time waiting around for replies, and when they finally did respond, the answers weren’t really helpful. It felt like I had to keep repeating the same details over and over, like nobody was actually reading what I sent. After all that waiting and back-and-forth, it seemed like they were just hoping I’d give up. Really disappointing customer service, and I don’t see myself buying from them again.

just didn’t feel worth the money... it’s way too expensive for what it is

I ordered this from CROC thinking it would finally help smooth out my hair, but it barely did anything. Even with heat spray, my hair still looked puffy and frizzy. I kept having to go over the same sections again and again, and I got annoyed fast. For the time and effort it took, it just wasn’t worth it for me

The site technically works, no question, but browsing it felt way harder than it needed to. I’m absolutely sure it could be smoother. Also, the footbed felt a little weird after wearing it for a while

It held up fine for what I needed, I guess. Like, it does the job, but the straps feel a little cheap when you’re using it. Not terrible or anything, just not something I’d expect to handle a ton of wear and tear.
